SenterPoint is a proprietary commercial product. Access is granted through private beta invitation only. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

SAIGON Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of SenterPoint.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic.
